❌ Order Cancellation Rules

Customers can request to cancel an order within a limited time after placing it.

👉 Orders can be canceled:

• Before order confirmation
• Or before the order processing begins

📌 Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Cancellation requests must be made within 1–2 hours of placing the order
• Late requests may not be accepted

📦 After Shipment

• Once the order is handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible
• In such cases, the Return & Refund Policy will apply

Padma Buy reserves the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

• Product is out of stock
• Pricing error or incorrect listing
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Customer is unreachable for confirmation
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected

📞 Order Confirmation

• Orders may be verified through phone call or message
• If confirmation is not received, the order may be canceled automatically

💻 Digital Products

• Digital products (e-books, software, etc.) cannot be canceled once access or delivery is provided
• These products are processed immediately after order confirmation
